From Programing to Tech Pros
Founded in 2018, Programation LLC was launched as a boutique programing services company with a particular focus on large-scale audio system and show control. The name Programation is a mashup of "Programing" and "Imagination" with inspiration drawn from project experience in storytelling in the themed entertainment industry.
Very rapidly, the company grew its portfolio of services to cover the entire life cycle of a project and beyond while expanding its specialty to cover more disciplines including video and lighting. And thus, we rebranded as ProIO to offer everything input and output for professional projects.
Today, we are a technical consultancy that offers services covering blue sky, green field, sustaining engineering, and beyond in places where stories are told. We go beyond the role of a trade-based integrator into the bigger picture of delivery partner that owners and operators want on their team.
Inside the Box
With an extensive background in cutting edge programing and commissioning experience, we have first-hand and in-depth understanding on how to maximize a system or design's performance. This leads to an increased ROI when black boxes evolve from single-function hardware to living platforms that power operations, intelligence, and maintenance cycles. We call that thinking inside the box. You didn't know a well-architected AV system could do that, did you?
The 'box' goes beyond capabilities of a single system, though. All elements of a system should be cohesive and well-leveraged to maximize performance while reducing excess and unused equipment. This lowers the overall equipment cost while raising the value-cost ratio.
On a macro scale, considering the facility box as a whole is essential. Every detail must be captured during the planning stages and all design features must compliment each other and work together to make the state of the art places of tomorrow.

Bryan Maier, VP
An active technical architect with over 20 years of experience in AVL and production, Bryan excels in design, integration, and technical management, bringing client visions to life across theater, themed environments, and location-based projects.
Jon Spreadbury, Senior Programming Lead
With eight years of project delivery in hospitality and entertainment, Jon is a well-rounded experiential systems designer. A former US Air Force information systems specialist, Jon’s career spans roles in AV support, network administration, and systems integration.

A Certified Associate in Project Management, Mei is a skilled professional with over five years of experience in the themed entertainment industry. Her global perspective to world-wide projects contributes valuable and diverse perspectives to the team.
